You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust, secure, and scalable IT infrastructure that supports our organization’s operations in a highly regulated environment. Your strong background in IT, deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, and understanding of regulatory compliance within the medical device industry will be key to ensuring efficient, secure, and resilient technology operations. Location: Zurich, Switzerland

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree or IT Security certification (e.g., CISM, CISSP) is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management roles.
• Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure: architecture, deployment, monitoring, and governance.
• Strong technical expertise in networking, servers, storage systems, and virtualization technologies.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity tools, best practices, and risk mitigation.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards for the medical device industry is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Effective communication as well as leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and German (C1 level, both written and spoken).
