• Possess a technical / IT education or equivalent experience with a strong grasp of technical concepts.
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and assist customers effectively.
• Skilled in analytical and systematic troubleshooting and resolution.
• Experience with repairing, testing, or assembling medical devices is an advantage, as well as experience in the respiratory field.
• Good Spanish language skills (Support LATAM)
• Exhibit reliability, independence, precision, and accountability in work.
• Enjoy teamwork, collaboration, and has a curious, solution-oriented, and technology-driven mindset.
